It was a wonderful new year's eve and day this year. Met my councillors for a brief but heartwarming gathering. Hey dudes and dudettes, for those I didn't manage to finish their notes before I left, I'll bring it the next outing! Sometimes it's the simple notes that make us recall each other. I still remember a note grace hui gave me after the 20th invest. Jus a simple note behind a photo of the Election comm, nothing fanciful about the note, just close to the heart.
Sometimes I wonder have I sorta left behind bit and pieces of me as I moved along in life? If I have, has anyone picked up these pieces? Picked up and chucked to the side of the road or kept it somewhere deep in their heart and memory? I feel guilty 'cause I feel that I've moved on so much that I'm no longer letting my old friends catch up to me. Especially when in times when I'm down they give me a word of comfort and offer a shoulder to cry on. This specially goes out to CK. Thanks bro, I guess you know what I'm referring to. Don't worry about it 'cause as the strong girl I yearn to be I've learn to solve my own problems.
Of course I still prefer the crazy times we share than the sentimental ones. Sentosa outings are really some things I miss!! And the birthday celebrations! This year's gonna be a big year 'cause we are all turning 21! My plan is to gather my close friends from pri, sec, jc, uni and npcc. It's always better to have all my friends from different places know each other. Just a simple gathering I guess. A gathering to say thank you for the wonderful times you've all given me during in my 21 years. Sounds sentimental? I guess. Haha. A side of me you don't get to see in real-life, just in blogs and journals.
Anyway this Saturday my hall's having a bash at chinablack. Doesn't matter that it's a hall bash, 'cause if we gather enough crowd ourselves we can make our own party there too! Let me know if you guys can go k? SMS me.
